Professional Background
As a KLDiscovery Global Director of Project Management, Legal Technologies, Ms. King leads KLD’s Regulatory & Investigation Services team responsible for consulting clients through the EDRM lifecycle. Ms. King and her team of professionals specialize in guiding clients to successful compliance with regulatory requests from global competition authorities.
Ms. King joined KLDiscovery in 2011 as a Project Manager. In 2014, she was promoted to HSR & Compliance Specialist and played a key role in the early development of KLD’s Regulatory & Investigation Services Practice. In 2015, she was serving as a Manager and led a team of Project Managers across multiple sectors and litigation matters, including numerous Second Requests. In her current role as Director, Ms. King oversees the Regulatory & Investigation Services team, providing strategic consulting to clients on best practices and use of technologies for efficiencies on regulatory matters with global competition authoirities, including but not limited to DOJ, FTC, CBC, CMA, and EC. During her career, she has led various multi-billion dollar transactions.
Prior to joining KLDiscovery, Ms. King was an eDiscovery Consultant at a large national law firm with a primary focus on ensuring all matters were successfully navigating the full spectrum of the EDRM. Before consulting, she was a Senior Paralegal for a large national law firm specializing in Intellectual Property Litigation and Complex Business Litigation.
Ms. King received her MBA from Saint Mary’s University and her B.A. from Hamline University.
