As KLDiscovery’s VP, Global Advisory Services & Strategic Client Solutions, Mr. Robinson leads the company’s Advisory Services team and works consultatively with clients to develop and implement cost effective, efficient, and defensible strategies for discovery, data governance, and data privacy compliance. Leveraging his experience in operational analysis and design and his knowledge of current legal trends and technology associated with information management, Mr. Robinson designs defensible strategies and technology solutions to optimize client efficiencies in alignment with industry accepted practices.

Elizabeth Georgiopoulos maintains a litigation practice with a focus on the areas of electronic discovery, privacy and data protection, and complex commercial litigation. Elizabeth advises clients of all sizes regarding best practices in information governance and records management, including drafting retention schedules, relevant policies and procedures, and creating and providing related employee training. Elizabeth regularly assists clients on all aspects of electronic discovery, including initial preservation obligations; developing strategies for efficient and effective data harvesting, review and production; implementing cost-shifting/cost-reduction strategies; and the admissibility of electronic evidence at trial. She has represented hospital management companies, hospitals, and medical centers in connection with the preservation, collection, and analysis of electronic medical records. Additionally, Elizabeth has experience with domestic and international privacy and data security laws.
