LDiscovery Launches Compelling Managed Services Solution; Releases New Versions of E-Direct® and ECA Platforms
MCLEAN, Va., Jan. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — LDiscovery announced today that the company will release new versions of both its Early Case Assessment and AlphaLit’s E-Direct® review platforms during NYC Legaltech 2014. The launch furthers its strategic initiative to offer its customers a range of managed services including early case assessment, active case management and long term data storage.
LDiscovery believes both platforms will play significant roles in the company’s strategic plan to drive more customers to its managed services solution. LDiscovery, an Orange-level Relativity Best in Service partner, announced earlier this week that AlphaLit’s industry leading and proprietary Privlog Builder™ is now exclusively available for use with the company’s hosted review service offerings, kCura’s Relativity and AlphaLit’s E-Direct®.
The company is offering customers a multi-tiered hosting environment as part of its managed services offering. Whether customers require active data management and analytic services or data stored in a long term archive platform, LDiscovery is prepared to meet the market’s requirement for a dynamic and flexible flat fee or a-la-carte service offering.
“The enhancements to E-Direct® and our ECA platforms complete our strategic model of offering our legal, corporate, and government clients a managed services solution for every point in their data’s life cycle. The combination of our proprietary review platforms, our deployment of Relativity, and competitive pricing models give our clients a wide range of choices in a secure, private cloud environment,” commented Chris Weiler, CEO of LDiscovery and AlphaLit.
LDiscovery will be providing demonstrations of all of its Managed Services Platforms and Privlog Builder™ during the LegalTech tradeshow in New York City on February 4-6, 2014.
