LDiscovery And AlphaLit Join Forces Creating Powerful E-Discovery Service Provider
MCLEAN, Va., Aug. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ — LDiscovery, LLC, a leading provider of E-Discovery services, today announced its merger with AlphaLit, a full service litigation support company based in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Formerly a division of Alpha Systems, a provider of comprehensive data and document management solutions to healthcare institutions, AlphaLit provides the full spectrum of services in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) to a wide array of corporations and law firms.
“We are pleased that AlphaLit is joining forces with LDiscovery, one of the fastest-growing full service E-Discovery companies in North America,” said Brett Griffith, President of Alpha Systems. “The combination of AlphaLit and LDiscovery provides both companies’ clients access to broader and deeper service offerings.”
AlphaLit will maintain its brand name and continue to operate its electronic processing, project management and E-Direct® web hosting operations in Huntingdon Valley while leveraging LDiscovery’s forensic data collection, Relativity web hosting, analytics, and managed review expertise.

It’s a natural fit, and we are all committed to moving forward in a bigger, stronger combined organization.”
