Putting the art into party

08 July 2015 by Adrienn Toth

Every year, as a thank you to our valued clients and to take the opportunity to celebrate the start of the great British summer, we host a soiree at one of London’s many landmark buildings. This year was no exception as we were lucky to be able to hold our party at the Wallace Collection in Manchester Square, Mayfair.

The Wallace Collection is a world-famous gallery, exhibiting a range of fine and decorative arts from the 15th to the 19th centuries, with a particularly large collection of French 18th-century paintings, furniture, arms & armour, porcelain and Old Master paintings arranged into 25 galleries.

Our guests were able to take a guided tour of the galleries and enjoy a private view of masterpieces such as the Swing by Jean-Honoré Fragonard, as well as curios such as Marie-Antoinette’s dressing table and magnificent crystal chandeliers.

Of course, it wasn’t just about the art; our guests also enjoyed some refreshing summer drinks and canapés in the sun-drenched atrium which was the hub of the party.

Thank you to all our guests for joining us in what was a magical evening. We hope you enjoyed the party and look forward to seeing you at our Christmas event.
