Kroll Ontrack appoints new head of programmes and operations for Western Europe

LONDON, 28 November, 2013 Kroll Ontrack, the leading provider of data recovery and e-disclosure products and services, has announced the appointment of Paul Le Messurier as its new Head of Programmes and Operations for Western Europe.  Paul will take on operational and performance responsibility for the provision of data recovery services to Kroll Ontrack’s customers, including strategic programmes and initiatives.

Based at Kroll Ontrack’s data recovery facilities in Epsom, Paul will oversee the delivery of services by Kroll’s engineering team to businesses and consumers.  As Head of Programmes and Operations, Paul is responsible for managing the resources required to provide a complete data recovery service including a certified class 100/ISO 5 clean room and a team of highly-skilled engineers, all of whom have undertaken extensive training in data recovery methods and techniques.

Paul has a proven track record with over 17 years’ IT management experience including project management and service delivery.  He joins Kroll Ontrack from his most recent role at Samsung SDS Europe, where he was Head of Business Development for the EMEA region.

Other roles within Samsung included Head of IT Services and Support and Senior IT Manager.  Key responsibilities included managing IT teams and delivering IT systems and enterprise applications to add value to businesses.
