Kroll Ontrack enhances award-winning review tool to better empower e-disclosure review teams

Ontrack Inview now has Analytical Visualisation, Categorisation Logic and Management and Production Capabilities

Offering the most sophisticated review technology available today, Ontrack Inview 5.6 allows users to have more control over their document review at each stage of the review lifecycle incorporating new Analytical Visualisation, Categorisation Logic and Production capabilities.

Ontrack Inview's new capabilities allow users to have more control over their document review at each stage of the review lifecycle with the addition of the following features:

Enhanced Analytical Visualisation Provides users with the power to analyse and interact with their most potentially relevant data by visually displaying who is communicating with whom, when they communicated and what subjects they were communicating about. Early detection of common themes within review data can be revealed, ultimately allowing document review teams to be more productive and accurate in making responsiveness and privilege decisions.

Categorisation Logic Enables users to customise their category tree and more effectively manage potentially conflicting categorisation of a document. With built-in category intelligence, users will spend less time performing quality control to ensure documents are accurately marked during review.

Production Images Allows users to view the exact production images delivered to the opposition as well as review documents and associated work product with production data in the same database, eliminating the need to have an additional solution to maintain production data.
