Kroll Ontrack enhances award-winning document review tool, supplying legal teams with more control and a simplified review process

Ontrack Inview 6.0 now provides document review teams with near duplicate identification e-mail threading, Eastern European language support and machine translation capabilities

Building on its already robust suite of features, Ontrack Inview 6.0 now has Near Duplicate Identification, E-mail Threading, Eastern European Language Support and Machine Translation capabilities, giving legal teams the ability to more effectively and efficiently manage e-disclosure review and control review costs.

By identifying a “core” document within duplicates, based on intelligent content analysis, users can synchronise review and issue tags, providing efficient and consistent results while reducing disclosure costs.
• E-Mail Threading – Identifies and presents a visual representation of all related e-mails, sent and received, in a conversation thread within a document set. Because e-mail chains are logically organised, based on content versus subject, consistency and efficiency in document review are maximised, resulting in time and cost savings.
• Eastern European Language Support – Provides users with expanded language search and support capabilities, enabling faster identification, processing, search, review and production of multilingual documents.
• Machine Translation – Enables document review teams to select, submit and obtain English translations of European and East Asian language phrases or documents to quickly determine if more specific human review is needed.
