AlphaLit, FlashData Solutions, RenewData, Turnstone Solutions, Credence Corporation and CopySecure Transition to LDiscovery Brand

McLEAN, Va. – June 14, 2016 — LDiscovery, LLC, a leading provider of eDiscovery services and Information Governance solutions, announced today that it is transitioning its family of brands, which includes AlphaLit, FlashData Solutions, RenewData, Turnstone Solutions, Credence Corporation and CopySecure to the single LDiscovery brand. The company expects the transition to be completed by the end of August, 2016.

“Over the past few years, we have been integrating our companies’ operations and business functions to take advantage of the efficiencies offered from our mergers and acquisitions,” said Chris Weiler, CEO, LDiscovery. “As a result, we are very much one company today and are excited to make the final transition of these individual brands to LDiscovery. Elite Document Solutions, which joined the LDiscovery family of companies in May, 2016, will also transition to LDiscovery, but on a six-month timetable.
