Files & Folders | Overview (missing links)
The Files and Contracts tabs are used to store and organize files related to your projects. Typically these files are reports and documents shared with you by KLDiscovery, but these tabs can also be used to share certain types of files with KLDiscovery.
Client Portal should never be used to share or store client data, such as data intended to be processed or loaded to a review platform or document productions. For information about how to share or access these types of materials, please contact your KLDiscovery project manager.
Files
The Files tab is used to store general documentation like reports and production specifications.
Contracts
The Contracts tab is used to share statements of work, addendums, and cost estimates.
