Mr. Potasnak joined KLDiscovery in June 2004 as Sr. Data Management Engineer where he was tasked with the organization of ESI data for the project management group and providing consultative support. Today, he is Sr. Project Manager for our Legal Technology department and Client Services. In this role, he continues to provide consultative support to clients. Over the past 15 Years, he has supported a broad variety of matters, including DOJ second requests, anti-trust, criminal, SEC, FTC, and private matters.

Customer Focus. Over the years I have grown a great rapport with my clients. I take great pride in assisting them with any and all needs. They are quick to share their appreciation of my efforts with kindness and written appreciative comments. With out my clients and giving them the service they deserve this would on be a Job not a Career.
How did you enter the eDiscovery industry?
My computer and network skills allowed me to get in the door as a Data Management Engineer in the industry. From there my customer service ability lead me up the ladder to Senior Project Manager.
What should more clients know about KLDiscovery?
How superior our technology is over the rest of the industry. They know about our client service but the underlying technology is amazing.
Describe your job in one word:
